Every resident has been sent a letter from Tracey and the local councillors along with a ballot paper asking for their views of various options. I am grateful to a small team of volunteers who delivered every house in the village this morning, and particular thanks to Jay Patel, who owns the Village Store and Post Office, who has agreed to have the ballot box on his shop counter for the duration of the "referendum".
