Comment of the Week Award

A volunteer in the office had just overheard my tortured 15 minute phone conversation with a branch officer, who called to complain that the office had used "the wrong shade of cream" for the Harvest Supper tickets.  The volunteer's comments summed my life up nicely,

"The problem you have, Andrew, is too many of the people you have to deal with come at you with an open mouth and a closed mind."
