We have just sent out 80,000 Voter ID surveys to target homes in Chatham & Aylesford, Tonbridge & Malling and Tunbridge Wells. Printing, folding and packing 80,000 surveys is bad enough, but opening, sorting and data capturing the 15% (12,000) who reply, is another issue.
