We have done targeted deliveries for many years now, but this year we have tried something new. By linking our pledge database with what people have told us via Residents' Surveys and on the phones and doorsteps, we have produced personalised leaflets for each voter, dealing specifically with the issues that elector or family have told us are important to them. In total there were over 900 versions of the letter, produced by using "variable paragraph" mail merging.
Today we commence the final stage of our GOTV campaign, again targeting specific messages at different groups of voters with our personalised GOTV cards:
